I had some free time at work so i decided to re do my catch can fittings on one of the cans that vents the block, i diddnt like how both sides were 90* angle fittings and one side the hose was kinked and wasn't flowing freely so i just found some fittings and gaskets in the machine shop dept at work and put together 2 new fittings for the can, now one side has a straight fitting for the hose to plug into more freely and the other side is still at 90* but has a swivel so i can clock it any position so i think its just a little better than how i had it before.

So if you look at the fitting on the left you see its in a awkward position and not ideal,

Now this is what i changed it too,

And the other side looked like this,

And i changed the fitting for this swivel type so it gives me a better angle,

Your new updates to the system look good, too bad the pushlok won't work on your current fittings but I see you took care of that. Have you thought about refreshing your entire wiring harness with something from Rywire or the like?

I have but never really felt the need, maybe if one day I pull the engine to re spray the engine bay which I really want to do like how I did my EK hatch back I might upgrade the harness with a budget plug and play harness!

Do you have any thoughts on the Level7 performance cap? I'm looking into it but not finding much in terms of reviews.

@emkee it works great! i like the look and it makes adding a catch can very easy cause there is no welding needed.

I have a new update, its been a while and the Integra is in need of some TLC, The carbon fiber wing i had painted started to bubble under the sun after a few years so I took it off and purchased a Type R wing replica that's already paint matched so ill be installing it soon.

The Clutch seems to have gave out because I grinding 3rd and 5th gear and cant shift at high rpm I'm hoping its the clutch and I will be upgrading the entire clutch system soon.

Well, I blew the engine a few months back I never updated this thread, Engine starts but lost compression and smokes. It's been almost a Year, I think. But I'm finally getting around to having the engine and trans rebuilt. I plan to sell the supercharger kit to get some funds to rebuild the engine and stay all motor, going to have the trans rebuilt maybe with a 4.7 final drive and the engine rebuilt back to stock specs or maybe JDM specs using the JDM ITR pistons for more compression.

I just want to enjoy the car and drive it again and not break the bank. I have spent so much money on this car over the years that I'm over it and just want the car back stock or N.A and just cruise it and not worry about blowing it again.

I did buy a new Recaro seat cover for the driver side! It's amazing after all these years 10+ with the cover on the seats still look brand new!

Guess I will update this now! I have good news! I'm sending the car to LHT performance for a full rebuild! They will rebuild the engine and trans for boost and build me a custom intercooler kit. I'm selling my Pro charger kit and I already purchased a new Pro charger kit using a C2 series blower/kit. Smooth flow pulleys are making me a custom 2.8'' blower pulley should be good for about 14psi and an upgraded idler pulley/bearing. Once I get the new pulleys, I will be selling my other Pro charger kit and shipping the car to my friend John at LHT Performance, we think this build will make for a great episode on his YouTube channel. I'm very excited to get him the car, I have been talking to him for years about it and I think now's a good time.

LHT Performance - YouTube

Sneek peak of new blower/kit! I had the main and support bracket made in steel for better strength! more pics soon!

That's pretty sweet! What kind of power are you anticipating from the new blower?

Last setup was making around 340 HP at around 10 psi. I had a boost leak and found it was my surge valve so I changed my BOV to a Tial BOV for supercharger application from go auto works and I gained a few psi it was around 12psi my belt was a cheap Gates and was slipping so it should be around 14 psi. I also opened up the exhaust flow with a boost activated bypass valve so It gained some more power that I could deff feel so I would say after those changes it was anywhere between 350-360 HP. So, I'm going to say it's going to make something around that once tuned. Once I get it back, I will have it locally tuned on flex fuel and see what my numbers are then I want to say it should be good for 400HP 350 to the crank but whatever it makes its such a fun setup! \

10psi boost with the leaking BOV,

Now its making 12psi with the Tial BOV,

This is the boost activated bypass valve, I got it from LHT performance! opens at 5psi!

The C-2 blower is also rated at 725 HP vs 675 HP from the C-1, it has a bigger inducer diameter. Max flow is 1100 cfm from 1000 cfm with the C-1. Most everything else is similar. I'm going to say I will get more HP with less boost on this blower but I'm sure when it's tuned on E85 that's when she will really come alive!

I'm putting my C-1 kit up for sale soon. Its all cleaned up and I replaced some things like the support bracket because it cracked, so I had a new one made and replaced some of the hardware. It will be sold 100% complete intercooler etc..

You can see the bracket cracked in the corner!

Had a new bracket made! The one in the upper corner is the one made in Aluminum to replace the broken one when I sell the kit and the other 2 brackets are the new steel brackets for my new kit! I chose to have them made in steel, so they don't crack and have better strength!

I sent my 2.8" pulley and Idler pulley to Smooth flow pulleys so they can make me another 2.8' pulley and Idler spacer. The Idler pulley and bearing is of much better quality than the one supplied by Pro charger! And Smooth flow pulleys charger half the price as well!

Thank you I really miss driving the car! I hope to drive her at least twice a week maybe more! I work full time and last year purchased a 2020 civic LX as a daily driver, but I sure miss daily driving the Integra!

Got my replacement carb tag from sources that shall remain unknown! They are hard pressed to give these out to people with used kits! If anyone needs one PM me.

I'm still waiting for my new blower to be built, I should get it in the next week or so! once I get the new blower kit I will test fit everything with the new pulleys and then officially put my used C1-A kit for sale.
