Yeah I think I'm jumping around from place to place with this car.mainly because I had to leave my full time job for school because they wouldn't work with my new school schedule. So I just get what I get from my post 9/11 Bill and focus on my kid and grades. I sold some good parts to fund the b16 long block. For sure though, when I'm "finished" it'll have nothing but the best. It'll take awhile so meantime Im just trying to get driving again. It's been over a year since my last start up. I've been getting interested in the road race/time attack scene here. Maybe.

good platform, good build so far. don't mind the budget parts either, better a driving car than a pile of unfinished high end parts

Builder gave me updates on the block.
So far everything looks good and should be ready to handle the boost.
So.... ls is going bye bye.
Also picked up a nice set of recaro evo 8s seats. Really clean. Just gotta get the rails for them.

Have you got the EVO Recaro's to fit yet? I had to grind off a tab on bottom to use Recaro Sliders and a planted bracket. Pretty easy actually. Super comfortable too.

So unfortunately something came up in august that made me sell the car. Several months later i got some cash to get another, so i went and found a 90% stock 1992 civic si. Literally same thing. Only problem was i wasn't feeling the b crowd anymore. I wanted to do k. So without having to build a new thread, here is the new Nila (Indian for Blue) story

Let the tear down begin. ...again

Removing oem tranny mount and radiator mounts

Parts are here

Ordered some used/new parts (s2000 brakebooster, s2000 cmc, spacer, clutchline, and brake line tuck kit ) from eBay

Might as well do all new brake lines

K tuned parts

Ktuned shifter from Humble Performance

Hasport mounts
Before bay clean up

After

Got a Strada 3 piece front end cheap

Shame no garage space for it

Don't forget Kpro

After getting most of the car ready, i found a wrecked ep3 with running swap for $500 bucks. Engine, tranny, harness, ecu in San Antonio Tx.

9 hour drive and to pick up

Long day driving so leaving it for the morning

Its morning

Perfect fit

How she currently sits

Also traded the 3 piece front end for a 6 speed rsx transmission.
I only need :
Shift cables
Fuel system
Ecu retune
Rsx type s half shaft
Exhaust
Radiator hoses
