** Mashimaro's EH hatch build **
I thought i'd finally put together some photos of my car and parts i've put into it.
Long story short, I began with a '93 coupe and then went to an Si hatch. The rust became bad in the quarters so i picked up a CX hatch which is what you see now.
My old Si hatch on TE37's:
Mugen S1's installed:
Mugen MF10's in 15x6.5":
Toyo R888:
Mugen Gymkhana header install:
Toda Spec B cams, ti retainers, valvesprings, cam gears and t-belt:
ATS Clutch LSD:
CTR trans with 4.7FD:
Custom CNC spacers to raise my car (yes, raise it):
Spoon N1 Suspension:
Function 7's (for bling):
Spoon CF spoiler:
Perfect fit:
Vision CF Mirrors:
Defi DIN gauges:
Anyways, i hope you guys like my build as much as i do!
K20-R motor research is in progress

Nooooo save the B series!
I suppose if your going to go K then a K20R is an amazing replacement. I am a HUGE fan of this car I hope you keep up this thread when you go through with the swap. I would love to sell my mint EM1 and put something like this together but I just don't have the place to do so. Awesome car man, keep it up!

This is a beautiful car! Great looking, well modified. I like the B too but a K will go well in there. Keep sharing, I love it!

Thanks Chris, exciting to finally change up the motor after all these years! how's your K coming along?
lol, yes i drive around town with the R888's. I got them for a good price so i don't mind killing them on the streets with all the heat cycles. noisy tires though and they flick up a lot of rocks
