Forgot to throw up pics of the completed exhaust system. For anyone that cares here they are, 3" all the way with 3" Vibrant muffler :D

Fixed my o2 sensor today. Found out during tuning that the one I had in there was bad. Swapped in my other o2 sensor I had and it works now after verifying on a datalog run. Hopefully that will help my gas mileage with the e85 some.

First tank of e85 I got 15mpg (railing on it hard though after first tune :D )
Second tank of e85 I got 17.5mpg driving more DD style driving with occasional WOT pulls.
Car used to get ~32-33mpg on gas before being turbo charged.

Going to calculate this tank of gas now that the o2 sensor is fixed.

The wait for more boost continue's...urgh. Maybe for the high boost tuning I'll switch to my test pipe.

UPDATE with some track times.

Got out to the track today for some runs on my low boost setting. Weighed the car in at 2440lbs with me in it (full interior, etc). These were on street tires and my recent tune of 7psi, that made 215whp/175tq, and at 5500ft altitude at Bandimere speedway.

Best time was 15.039 @ 96mph and a 2.40 60ft. Was not my best 60' of the day but my highest trap. With some more practice I think I coulda gotten into high 14's, which was what I was hoping for with this low boost tune. Maybe next time...

Issues I had:
1. Learning to launch w/ an LSD trans, my old turbo car did not have LSD, took me a few runs to make adjustments.
2. Shifting into 2nd gear was hard as hell, I had this same problem w/ my old Integra that had a skunk2 short shifter. Any tips on how to get faster shifts from 1st to 2nd??
3. The shift into 3rd gear was grinding a little
4. Falling out of boost between shifts, turbo is just too big I think, might get better on 20+psi of boost. If I don't get a good launch and stay in the boost the run sucks. My old Integra was more forgiving in that if I botched the launch, I could still make a decent run 'cause boost came on so fast.
5. Oil leaking from head gasket again, at cylinder #4 :/
6. Still have trans fluid leaking and pooling up around the VSS and passenger axle, ugh!
7. My driving sucked for the most part, I made progress but was hard to get back into it after not being on a drag strip in probably 6 years.

Here are some pics of my car and the best two runs I had:

Nice build up man, i've been following your progress....

do yourself a favor and get some 22x8x15 slicks on some si/gsr/ls wheels and you'll be in the high 13's no doubt.

nice job again on the build!!

Thanks. Slicks will probably be next summer, got some other things to fix and work out before that comes.

Yea I used a hack saw and sawsall on my last cars piping. This time I made sure to have the big tools to make it easier.

The leaking transmission problems continue.

I got another axle to try out, so this weekend I'll see if I can finally fix this problem once and for all. We'll also be pressuring the charge pipes to check for boost leaks to finally get that fixed up if needed.

Just an update...got around to pressurizing my charge piping and found an *** ton of air/boost leaks. One leak on a coupler on the intercooler, 4 pinhole leaks on welds on one of my charge pipes, leaks at bov/flange (no gasket on it), leaking at my IAT sensor.

Erik fixed up all my welds while I fixed up the other crap. Tested again and it's holding tight now. Making boost a bit sooner throughout all the gears, hitting full boost in 3rd now at 5100rpm (after I'm hard on it through 2nd gear), before on dyno I didn't get full boost until 6100rpm

All around feels much better in every gear, still laggy but this is more like I expected with this 60trim turbo.

Was going to replace my pass' axle today but I got the wrong damn one. Going to pickup the right one this week and will knock that out. Hopefully ending my leaking trans issues once and for fackin all.

Boost solenoid should be here next week, then just need PWM components installed in my ECU and a little more cash for high boost tuning.

Hopefully have all this shiz done in time before T&T's are closed up for the season.

OEM axle fixed my leaking axle seal issues. Even though they looked identical, this OEM one is not leaking where the re-man axle did.

Still have something leaking from inside tranny casing though, either my rear main seal or the trans main shaft seal. Both of which I have already replaced with brand new seals once before :/ WTF!

we are going to be running similar setups with the vitara d16s I have been watching since the first page and it is looking amazing, everything is put together done nice and clean, I am like this bitch needs to be pushing like 20lbs on pump gas with a good tune. Then run it at the track

I am almost done with mine but college and our economy in the great depression #2 doesnt help very much.

if axles are a problem get the auto-zone lifetime warranty ones, get a good tranny and give that a go(ex or si of course).

I got Napa re-man's when I put the new engine in, the passenger one has leaked constantly at the seal. Put in OEM axle and no leaks. Tranny dilemma is I have an LSD in my current EX tranny...I don't want to just drop in a stock tranny now. First need to try and confirm, again, that the tranny is leaking from inside the housing and not the main seal.

Got my boost solenoid, going to get PWM components installed in my Hondata this Friday. Also, going to pickup a catch can and get that setup eventually.

Thinking I might pull the trans *again* on Saturday or Sunday and replace main seal, again. If I can get this last leak fixed I'll be able to go for more tuning soon. Don't think I'm going to have it ready in time for the track again this season though

Cleaned off engine block and did dye test again. Looks like it's definitely seeping out of head gasket right next to cyl#4

Still cannot confirm where it's coming from inside trans casing, or if that is from oil leaking down front of engine and just getting in there between the trans/block seam.

Oh, also found out my bov diaphram is blown so have to get a new bov.

The saga continue's...I'm beginning to think it will never end...sigh.

keep your head up. watch some high hp d-series for inspiration.

take the head off and put a new gasket on so your **** doesnt blow up. what kind of BOV are you running because I have been running those Ebay ones and they fall appart but work fairly well with super glue (ssqv, have been running the same one for year and a half and all I have had to do was super glue it once)

Thanks.

This is the 2nd headgasket, both were professionally installed and said to seal perfectly by my local shop. I re-torque'd my head studs tonight so I'll see what it does, although I'm pretty certain it will continue to leak. If so I'll get a new hg and copper spray it and pray it seals good this time.

Bov was a used Greddy type-rs. The diaphram is the part that failed, rest of it works fine. New diaphram cost $80 bux though and my type-rs was also leaking a lot of air at the flange. So, ordered a new Tial Q this time so I'll get new flange welded on and the vband should not leak like this type-rs does.
