You're adding back pressure so I would assume you may notice a few whp up top more than anywhere else. This may however boost the mid-range somewhat.

So why would you buy a little exhaust?
Were you that excited about throwing on a header that you settled for a small exhaust?
Theres piping kits on the internet for cheap that fit correctly.

Ill bet any amount that since this exhaust shop doesnt carry 2.5 and up means they most likely doesnt have a mandrel bender.
With that being said, your 2.25" piping is probably under 2" when you add in the crush bends.
Now you have to replace that when you couldve done it right the 1st time.
This is called throwing good money after bad.
Thia thread should help you save your wallet from buying the same **** twice.

Depends on how much power you are planning to make. I've put 240 whp through a 60mm chambered exhaust. So depending on power, it prob won't hurt u much.

This is true but getting a crush bend exhaust from a muffler shop is the worse. I know because I just went from a crush bend to mandrel bend exhaust and it's like having a street tune done to ur car. It's a day and night difference. Nothing huge but u will notice where the extra hundred went to on mandrel bend pipping
