Default what cams do you suggest ?

i want a set of cams that makes more bottom end but still runs tame like stock and can get decent MPG but has a big vtec lobe for lots of power in the top end.

motor is built for good cams but im just running itr's right now and its wimpy.
12:1 compression, ported head and intake, 70mm tb, b20 with gsr head, crower springs and retainers, 3inch exhaust and bisi header.

Bisimoto header and bottom end doesnt fit in the same sentence other than that Pro2's are awesome Cams i don't know if crower VT is compatible though i wouldn't risk it since Skunk didn't offer the same VT for Pro's and Tuner's.

I have the bcrower valvetrain, the spring rates are like 312lbs combined. they won't have a single problem with pro 2's.

edit.. do you have crower or BRIAN crower valvetrain?

I think sk2 pro1 will fit this setup better. I'm running sk2 pro2 at around 11.8.1 - 12.0.1 compression and i'm not making power. Here is my setup https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/built-b20vtec-what-you-guys-think-3128402/ and my dyno sheet yesterday

I havent had experiemce with them, but they have a stock primary lobe.. dont know, but I would get something that has a bit better primary lobe over stock.. might as well just stick with your itr's. pro 1's or even tuner2's if your looking for a milder cam etc..

click in the sticky at the top of this forum and read through the B20 dyno thread as well as the B series camshaft thread. Heck just about everything link in there has information which you can gain knowledge to help you choose the camshaft which fits your needs.

In order to meet the goals you have outlined, you have to have a purpose built engine where each aspect helps another to work better....a package deal. Not just picking and choosing parts the internet told you to buy, which is exactly what this thread is going to turn into. The springs in your head may not even work out with certain cams and traditionally you are not going to have an engine that runs like stock and makes big power. A bunch of people telling you to buy 15 different cams just because its the ones they run or the ones their buddies have run and maybe....just maybe someone comes in here and gives you some very good advice. But do you know its good advice among the rest?

There is plenty of information in the FAQ which will help you.
