Re: Which spark plugs?
To put more specifically.
IF this is a stock block and cylinder head. No higher compression, no adding anything, no reinforcement of anything.
I agree to stick to the NGK / DENSO line
6 heat range is perfectly fine. NO need to go to 7 heat range unless you're adding a lot of ignition timing, fuel or other power adders.
That means it leaves you to the BKR6EIX category
6 heat range
For Iridiums:
NGK3764 (BKR6EIX-11)
NGK6418
NGK6994
DENSO IK20L (5358)
For Copper:
NGK2756 (V-power) (BKR6E)
NGK6962 (V-Power)
The difference in the V-Power vs. Standard is simply the V-Power is pre-gapped to .044", but most go down to .30" depending upon what's being done.
7 heat range
Iridiums:
NGK2667
DENSO5310 (IK22)
Copper:
NGK4644 (as stated)
DENSO3165
Those are the main ones. But we need more information as to what you're doing to this engine before we can narrow down.
