My K24/K20A build
Here is a little teaser of my K24/K20A build. I still need a few parts for the head but it's coming along nicely.
I found a K24A3 in good condition which is at a machine shop right now getting sleeved to 89.5 mm. The K24A3 is the EDM version of the K24A2 engine.
These 14 cc Wiseco's will bump the compression up to ~15.7:1 with a 1 mm head gasket
I got some nice K24 I-beam rods for them...
I will be using a ported K20A2 head along with 54 mm. TWM's...

Very nice setup. Id hold off on the cams as IPS is going to be releasing stroker cams soon. They might be what your looking for. Not that the crower 3's wouldn t be a nice choice

Re: My K24/K20A build (hu)
Thanks guys
I dropped some parts off today at another machine shop so I should be able to start building the bottom end in 2-3 weeks. All the machine shops are booked up right now since it's spring time. This machine shop will port match the intake ports for the ITB, balance the crank with a new ACT 6 puck clutch and 8.8 lbs flywheel plus a K20A2 crank pulley to get the RPM's down on the alternator etc. I'm also getting the synchros and gears shot peened so I should not run into tranny problems. I hope I can afford a Quaife LSD before season starts.

Lets hope you are not right about that... I will try the OEM combo first. It seems to be working great on other swaps but I dunno what they will say to 300 whp

Thanks man
This setup has also cost a lot to get over to Denmark... I have to pay 33% in taxes for all non EU parts. I won't even think about how much I already have spent on this setup

Thanks Dave...
Btw. does anyone have some advice about what spark plugs I should use with this kind of compression? I will use 110 octane fuel.
