Default my first ls/vtec build

Ok here is my plan for this build, b18b block jdm b16 p30 pistons jdm b16 head mild port and polish job on head arp rod bolts arp head bolts hondata thermal intake gasket jdm j1 tranny now a few things i would like some sugestions on are: oem head gasket or a 1-layer? what intake manifold? what header? i was thinking of getting the pistions, valves, and combustion chambers ceramic coated. also thinking of using zdyne for the ecu. this will be going in my 90 crx si and will be used for the track, and normal driving. i'm not looking for a track only setup. any sugestions would be nice. thanks

Sorry i forgot a few things. i have a set of 450cc dsm injectors i'm going to be using, also planning on using supertech valve springs and retainers.i was told the buddy club stage 4 cams would be good to use, but i thought they might be a bit much. i could be wrong? cam gears and i think thats about it. any ideas? some of the parts i'm not sure which ones will work best with this setup thats why i'm asking. i'd like to know about what intake manifold, header, cams and cam gears would work well with each other.
