Default Lsv Smells like gasoline when driving

I just had a Ls-V put together about a month ago, lately I have been smelling a strong gasoline/exhaust smell coming threw my car. I'm running type R headers and 3 inch straight pipe, I just checked to find out that I don't have a 02 sensor and the bung isn't plugged, Could this be the problem? just trouble shooting to see if I can fix the problem. Any ideas and help would be very appreciated.

Since you know the bung is unplugged, try plugging it and see if the problem goes away.
