I would get some pro 2 cams or m22 cams. Rocket is offering a great deal on those by the way. I'd go with RDX injectors too. Get in contact with a member on the forum named "slow sleeper" very helpful guy.

B20 crank is the same as B18a
Those cams are too big
Type R water/oil pump is the same as any VTEC
82mm would be a better idea than 81mm
You don't want to knife edge a crank unless you are road racing
You don't want to run a 2 layer headgasket, that's what decking and milling are for
There's better choices than supertech pistons
440 injectors sound huge for that setup
You won't see anywhere near 220whp unless you're at Church's

Check out my build for ideas, it's a B20V but you will get a decent idea. I just picked up a set of M22x's which would fit nicely in your setup as well.

interesting. My friend got 250 or so on a b20v Type R rep pistons, built head. e85 no spray. Werid why I couldn't see that number. And xenocrone tuned his car.

any b series vtec head is good on any lsv build. But if your going for a build like the one i am shooting for it doesnt even matter what head your using. Ports are gonna be ports..
