The block might be saved w/boring or sleeving, but the heads toast. It would cost to more to repair then replace.

1) resleeve block.

2) get f22c crank.

3) get forged aftermarket f22c rods & pistons (possibly OS).

4) get new head w/upgraded valvetrain, possibly (probably) wilder cams.

5) get tuned.

6) have fun.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but aren't F series blocks closed decks? I know the F series from the Accord's are (I read that on here anyways), but are the s2k's as well? I was going to ask if your timing was fucked or you were boosted, but damn!!! I like that one guys idea bout F22C internals and yada yada...do it!!!
