JG Sheetmetal IM + RPM Service TB install
I was about to install my JG IM and RPM Service TB when I found out that there were no where to install the IACV, brake booster and fast idle thermo valve. How do you guys hook this up?
First I thought the fast idle thermo valve would fit into the two holes to the left on my IM but it does not fit. What are these 3 holes for?
Thanks

Those three holes are for vacuum ports; you need to buy the fittings. Brake booster, PCV, and the FPR. You are correct about the IACV and thermo valve. Those are not used.

Don't have pics now, sorry. And I don't have the manifold right now (loaned it out)so I can't take any.
Have you asked Jeff about this? He is usually pretty helpful.

correct me if i am wrong but isn't the fitv suposed to hook up to your TB ???
Like this :
That is gsr tb with fitv and the next picture is without fitv (newer year) that's why i have a gst tb with fitv and bored out by max bore to 64 mm. Because i like to have good cold start up in the winter. It is important to us obd0 guys haha.
and some more with fitv pics

Re: JG Sheetmetal IM + RPM Service TB install (rev limiter)
Well the RPM Service TB is not made for the OBD0 FITV so I can't use my old FITV. I found out I had a OBD2 IACV with FITV included from my CRV engine. I will be using that and make an adaptor plate like rice4life did with his DIY ITB setup. I will ditch the PCV and use the fitting for the IACV instead. Btw. I found the fittings a my mashine shop who does a lot of US stuff.
