UPDATE
There was an underlying issue.
Turns out all my main bearings were shot.. while my rod bearings were fine...
Using my finger i feel that one of the main journals on the Crankshaft has a bit of taper./groove, not a scratch though

I'm glad you stated that, and not continued rumors of just "rocker wear" issue and blaming the Skunk2 parts alone. I hope you're getting this issue resolved..

I got the same exact issue un my car....

I roadrace the super production challenge serie ... here in quebec, canada with my 2000 H/B civic with a H2B.

H23a bluetop with skunk2 tuner 2 cams, tuner spring and retainer.

other then that just basic bolt on, intake, short ram, cam gear, headers ... ect .

I made custom baffles into the oil pan and I've installed a 3qt Moroso oil accumulator connected to the engine using an10 connection.... I monitor and datalog oil pressure using a 0-5v pressure sensor connected to my ECU with Neptune RTP and displayed to my Tunerview RD1 dash .... oil supply shouln't be an issue.

after 10H of dyno, lapping and racing use... my engine was ticking loudly ... then I've found important rocker and camshaft wear ... like your engine. Only exhaust rocker ... mostly cyl 2.

In the past five years I was racing using a LSvtec engine with skunk2 pro2 valvetrain and I didn't had any wear issue... In both setup I was using CASTROL syntec 5w50. Maybe oil could be the cause... engine type, modification, utilisation...may exceed castrol oil lubrification capacity. I will switch to redline 40wt race oil...

I will need to give a call to skunk2 and order an exhaust cam....

did you were able to get only the exhaust cam ? or you had to order a pair ?

yes i was able to get just the exhaust cam,
Like many guys were saying try switching to an oil has extra zinc/phosphorous additive. And also definetly dissassemble ur engine and clean it. My Main bearings were really ****ed and crankshaft was also damaged.

What kind of oil do you use?

What if the exhaust side ran too hot making the clearance of the valve lash too tight? Maybe the oil didn't help, but it could be a tune issue.

He has also worn crank.
It's not just the camshaft.

Things to learn from the H wizz's

For Rocker Wear Royal Purple has the Zinc/Phos which is needed and is the only oil I would run on H's.

I learned this years ago on a buddies 600 hp h22, supertech valve springs. Stock USDM H22 cams rocker wear believe was on the exhaust side and he then I believe was using Mobil 1. I gave him set of jdm h22 cams and rockers and switched to RP never had an issue 5/30. I also used RP on my last H23V Blue Top turbo build with SuperTech no issues stock cams.
