So im about to finish my rebuild.. And couldnt get my hands of a set of original honda bearings 4-6weeks delevery, so my builder asked a local shop and they have some bearings in stock called Kikumoto bearings part number #JP-36809M 000 Main bearings

And rod bearings called NDC I believe #CB-2217GP

Any one got any experience with these?

I think I should just order a set of acl or clevite bearings and call it a day?

I have had good success with King, but if you can get some ACL I would go that route.

Acl sent out a letter to my local machine shop and prolly many others saying they know longer warranty or stand behind their bearings because they are being outsourced by a foreign company.

I am going with clevite in my current build.

All I talked to dont have the acl in stock and have 2-4weeks delevery on them..

I use king bearings, or acl race x's if I need the extra clearance. When I measured the king bearings, they were equivalent to honda pink and reds, which are the "loosest" At least they were on a h series.

Do you have good results and experiences with King bearings. Seems like some V8 guys like this mfg.
