from what i can say
your plug gap should be bigger
0.04? seriously?..
thats a pretty stout setup..
dyno dynamics read tipically 17% lower then a dynojet.. just some fyi.

you say your around 13.1 CR
I'm at 12.8 and after 7 cranks i'm maxing out a 300PSI Compression tester.. your numbers seem a tad bit lower for a 13.1 SETUP.

I have two compression testers here at the shop. There's one that reads consistently 30-40psi lower than the other.

Different compression pressure readings can be attributed to a host of things.different compression gauges may vary readings..having the same M24 cams with different cam timing values will also throw varied compression pressure readings, assuming constant static CR on both test motors.

God, yall read SO deep into this, i was just given an example.. i'm sure most of the people on here use the autozone/advance auto / Oreiliy's compression tester.. which they all read the same.. basically.. its a safe assumption..
Secondly, that motor doesn't seem health, your saying you should be making 195whp or something of that nature, buddy i say you should be at least 210whp if not more.. thats a fully built motor..Somethings not right, and i'd start with the bare test first..you dropped the exhaust, and it didn't make that much of a difference.. so its obviously not a choking problem.. Whats the degrees on the **** have u tried email rocket, if not, i can refer you to him to help you out.
