According to Dave, when he ordered the products the guy at JazzProParts.com (where the order was made), said he was going to make sure it got taken care of. I will give Dave a call tomorrow (haven't spoke with him in 2 days), and see what's up...perhaps if there was a tracking number gotten or what the status at JazzProParts.com is.

I know the order was made....I just need to check into what happened after that as I'm with ya'll - I durno what's going on atm.

they were ordered over the phone Mike. From what I understand, JazzProParts.com, will not ship to any address other than the billing address (I just realized that, I should have realized it before giving Dave their address to order the parts - so my fault on that in terms of delay). So, they are being sent to Dave first (4 days via fedEx ground, but they were SUPPOSED to be overnighted - I guess the guy at Jazz didn't get that part).

Dave told me this morning he got a fedex door slip, so he's going to go check and see what it is - hopefully it's these parts. After that is received from jazz, Dave will overnight them to you guys.

I have no first hand knowledge of DHR. However, I always start to get suspicious when every time something is supposed to happen, 14 different circumstances conspire to delay everything (only ship to billing addy, shipped 4day not overnight, etc.).

How do you get confused between overnight and 4day? If you tell someone you need overnight, it usually means you need it urgently, and they will try to make sure to get it to you quickly. It's hard to imagine someone being told to ship overnight and accidentally using regular ground shipping....

i've experienced bad things from mr. DH too. DONT BUY HIS CRANK PULLEYS. the one i bought for my b16a was so small it wouldnt come close to spinning the alternator fast enough to charge, and on top of that, it had no slot for the keyway....it took me almost a month and a half to recieve the pulley in the mail, and they were soooooooo nice over the phone, UNTIL i got my pulley......i called this guy like 100 times over the next month and he never once answered any of my calls, or responded to my emails. usually when that happens, the seller KNOWS their product is junk.

before I left town to visit some family, I spoke to Dave- he still had not received the product from Jazzpro parts or whatever...which, ironically, I ordered some stuff from him (Jazz) the day after, and only received half (whcih arrived 4 days after purchase)- I'm still waiting on some brembo rotors that I'm going to call about on Sunday. Nice how he told me it was shipped and he'd send me a tracking number but yet I've not received any such notifications even after a few phone calls....greaaaaat.

Dave also told me he'd get a scan of his credit card transaction to Jazz to prove that it WAS done. Also a order confirmation for jazz for me to post if this continues to be a big deal.

The fact that Dave went with Jazz is my fault, and I appologize to everyone (including Dave) that they wound up causing yet more problems. I had ordered from them in the past and never had a problem. I say that with caution however, as I have not seen the cc transaction / order so I have no proof that it IS there fault just yet.... but I would imagine that Dave wouldn't lie to ME about this whole thing anyway.

Until then, everyone keep their pants on,

Nathan
