Not untuned in my opinion. But if you are too smooth you have chances of rings never seating properly.

****, i'm untuned and at 400miles and burning a bit of oil. I've been daily driving to work haven't really push it hard at all. I think i should do a 2nd gear to 6rpm and let off and do a 3rd gear same and let off and 4th gear same and let off?

Personally, I wouldn't drive it anymore until dyno day. I would be too scared of runnich rich and washing out the oil on the cylinder walls, or too lean and/or have detonation at heavy loads. Use cheap oil and do the rest of the break-in on the dyno. However I'm not a pro and would prefer to have other opinions.

Been gone for awhile, here is alittle update still untuned not driven anymore until tune. Also got my Nology Hotwires installed. My friend just got his car tuned at inline4 by bubba and made 192whp almost same setup as mine but he had b16 head , stock valves, he has edelbrock mani, a CAT , 18" resnator and bent piping, 440cc injectors and 400lph walbro fuel pump. I'm hoping to make over 210whp, i'm all set to get it tuned this saturday at inline4 by bubba so well see.

nice, once tuned seems like you will have a healthy reliable motor with the parts installed..I bet your looking fwd. to being able to actually get on that pedal!...I actually street broke my lsv in and have not tuned on the dyno, was street tuned by pheareable.net though.. However, our builds are different, my cams were bc3+ and a more mild build than yours..looking fwd. to the update.

Did those new headers fix your idle problem, or did you get it tuned? you havent updated if its still been staling out on you?

Headers did not mess with my idle, it was the cams. Now its tuned and idle like stock, no rpm dives or nothing. I think my cams still need to be degree right for more power.
