Care to elaborate? Aren't you just using the OEM 99? I'm guessing it was A) used and needed repair/rebalancing or B) it was in great shape, you just wanted the weight reduced and/or a cryo/magnaflux treatment...

Pretty much. Long story short the guy has had my crank for over 4 months and thus held up my motor from being finished. I finally had enough and told my guy to just throw in another stock crank so I can have a running car some time this year.

That is the **** that irritates the hell out of me. I have never had this happen personally, but it happened to my dad. He wasted 5 months waiting on the crank, then the guy called and said never mind, it's no good after he had charged for balancing and micro polish. basically wasted 5 months of my dads life and a few hundred bucks. I'll never give another dime to DG Machine. Dale Green is a piece as far as I'm concerned. Sold my dad the wrong bearings and rods too. /endrant

Can't wait to see this thing come together and hurt some feelings.

My engine builder has been bombarding me with pictures as he goes along.

Comparison of my crank versus a stock one. We'll see how it translates at 10k rpm.
