3" or 2.5" exhaust
I have the option of installing 3" exhaust or 2.5" exhaust with my 2.0 ltr LS/VTEC. Will one have an advantage over the other as far as better bottom end or better top end?

you want the air to be forced out through the right size diameter. if the diameter is too big then the air won't get out as it should. think of it like a nozzle on a liqour bottle(i can't remember what their called). it comes out smooth and steady. taake the nozzle off and it is choppy andair bubbles get in the way. it goes the opposite way if you go to small.
the 3 in would be better if you were making a lot of power(fi)
