Thats about what i owe for mine. I would say thats not a bad price, but you may be able to find a little cheaper. A lot will depend on the miles.
Wana buy mine for 12? 110k miles. Fly here and drive it back

Is it from a dealer or a private party? That makes a difference in price. I bought my '05 A-Spec 6-spd with 80k on it for just over $14k out the door. I feel I paid a little too much, but I have heard that it was a decently fair price as well. Don't forget about location differences too. My car, if it were in a warm state such as CA would have been closer to $15,5xx

i got my '04 back in '08 for $16k with the odometer reading at 70k. that was back then. if it is in mint condition then buy it b/c those are rare. i wouldn't pay more than 11 with low miles now.

Depending on the miles I would say 8-10k would be good, There is a used TL 06 here in vegas with 90k MIles and its is being sold by the dealer for 19k. So, 2 years less and 1 model down I would say 12k would be on the high side. I just bought out my Tsx 07 from the dealer and it was 16k

I just bought a 2005 6spd with leather and nav for $9k, with 107k miles on it.
would classify exterior as "good" with interior being "excellent".
It wasn't posted online though, just an old guy with a for sale sign on it in his driveway.

Re: what is ideal price for a 04 tsx?
I just bought an 04 silver tsx automatic last week for 11k flat with only 73xxx miles.single owner, clean title, clean car fax.interior is black and is immaculate, exterior is immaculate with a teflon coat when he bought it from acura. Older italian guy. I was searching for either a tl or tsx for 2 months daily and when isaw this post on craigslist I couldn't believe it so I called him within the hour he posted it and bought it the very next day after work. His phone would stop buzzing with people calling about the car and I new it was a steal.he told me he knows its under blue book and he could sell it for more but he didn't want to wait longer for another thousand or two. I only have 746xx on it as of right now. If you find one that'd a single owner with under 100k miles for under 12k clean title, GET IT

Re: what is ideal price for a 04 tsx?
Very Interesting thread. I am actually doing the same thing, selling my Teg and buying a TSX. Please forgive me i am new to the TSX but the A-spec kit is all Aero add-ons right? There is no suspension or sway Bar upgrades with it is there?

Re: what is ideal price for a 04 tsx?
The A-Spec package gave you the aero and a little bit lower/stiffer suspension. I don't believe they came with thicker sway bars.
