Yeah, as far as looks it will be an upgrade from the base model. Go for it.

it depends, are u going to be getting an aftermarket kit later on?
if u are then the oem kit would be a waste of money imo.

yep i say go for it, i've seen it compared to my car not having a kit at all an its a huge upgrade in cosmetics so i want the Euro-R kit to finish my Euro conversion.

i believe u need the mugen bumper to have the grille. i'm saving up to get the Euro-R kit to finish up my conversion since that is the only thing i am missin along with the Fogs and my conversion has been completed.

actually, you can get the stand-alone mugen grill ($264.00 @ Kings Motorsports), which will work with the USDM OEM bumper, although I think there is a slight space gap between them...

I have the mugen grille for my 06, and the only gap i have is between the top of the grille and the hood, like half an inch but lil noticeable

Re: OEM body kit or no oem body kit...
The only thing thats hard to tell if they look right is cuz i have a 06 w/ nav and when i go under front or rear or side underbody spoiler, no pics come up so idk what they look like...

OEM or nothing, replica lip kits can fit improperly and just look tacky. I've seen quite a few cars driving down the highway with cheap lip kits.. They literally flop around from the wind because some of them are so cheap.
