Default Water on Passenger Floorboard

When it rains really hard or if I go to a car wash the passenger floor board of my 1998 RL gets wet (not inches but enough to soak up with a towel). I had a 1987 legend that we unclogged the sunroof drain hoses on but we can't find the drain hoses on the RL. Other forums have suggested a heater core may be the problem but since it is just when the car gets really wet I don't think that is it. Any suggestions on how to access and check the sunroof drain hoses or other possible causes would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same prob with mu 93 lude. Check the lower kick panel. Behind the carpet and plastics theres a lil clear drain hose. Sometimes ther fall into the car. It floods the floor which sucks. Let me know if that was the prob. 1jdmya1
