2001 TL no crank
Does anyone have info for troubleshooting no start with no crank?
So far, I tested fuses under hood and on the drivers side and those check Ok. I have stop lights so brake switch is OK. Battery seems to be OK. It's not fully charged but tested Ok at battery testing station in crappy tire.
My next idea is to supply +12v to the S terminal of the starter.
Any links and practical info is appreciated ad I don't have service manual for this car....😕
Thanks.

Re: 2001 TL no crank
OK, so I applied +12 V to the "S" terminal of the started and it works. Turning ignition to "Start" gives me +12 V at the "S" terminal wire. So I guess I'm left with the Park Neural trany switch? I don't understand why is it that I can't shift from P into any gear. I don't think that this P N switch that's on the driver's side of the trany has any effect on that.

Turns out that the ground wire from the battery to the engine was ripped off...still had lights though!!! odd but it will hopefully save some one some time.
So I tested park neutral switch which is on the tranny. Also the relay on the left under the hood release tested ok
