My 3.5 RL will turn over but it wont start, it is also stuck in park...Any idea what may be wrong with it. The green key also doesnt blink so i am wondering if there is something wrong withe the imoblizer sytem....thanks guys

generally if the green goes off it will be ok but have seen 1 or 2 that all looks normal and ended up needing to be reprogram.
also the main fuel relay is also a common item.

i have a 96` acura tl. my kid left lights on now it wont start. replaced with new battery.checked fuses but think it might be some sort of linkage fuse. what are the possibillities of it being the starter. all electric works has good amp put out. appreciate your help - Ed the pt-mechanic

you should check for a signal at the starter and if no signal when the key is cranked then look at the ignition switch harness.

ya main relay is really common; take the cover off and resolder the large solder joints on the back.

The not shifting out of park could be unrelated. Might be the brake switch or if the horn doesn't work aswell, could be the DRL relay but I don't think US cars had DRLs.
