I have a 2000 Acura RL with about 112k miles. The car is in immaculate condition. Barely any problems. I had an Alpine tv and mtx sub put in about 2 yrs ago by a professional that works on Bentlys and $100k Benzes, so I know they didnt mess anything up. I was driving the other day, when my tv went out. Can't even power the device on. The check engine light/VSA light/ warning (!) light came on after the tv shut off. The alarm(remote) does not work, the locks only work when the car is powered on and all doors shut. When u shut the car off and try to open the locked door it usually opens, now I have to do it manualy. The headlight beeper reminder doesnt work. The automatic steering wheel doesnt work. And worse of all the clock and mileage reset after the car turns on and off. I brought it to Honda and by looking at it they didnt know.. I am bringing it to Acura tomorrow, but kinda want to know whats wrong with it before I spend an arm and a leg. Thanks Much! And P.S. Checked all fuses and they are all fine(hood/dash)

Take it back to the guy that did the install......you said that the tv stopped working and then the cluster lit up like a xmas tree, right? Sounds to me that something could've have gone wrong with the wiring to your aftermarket equipment.....I know that it's been 2 yrs., but something could've gotten loose or something else. Did honda check for codes?

Problem fixed wire popped out by fuse box under dash! Thanks Though!
