yes you can program it yourself. the seller probably will include the instructions with the key fob or you can just search clubrsx.com for it.

it's not hard you can do it yourself.

You must complete each step within 5 seconds of the previous step to keep the system from exiting the programming mode.

1. Turn ignition switch to ON (II)
2. Press the LOCK or UNOCK button on one of the remotes. (An unprogrammed remote can be used for this step.)
3. Turn ignition switch to LOCK (0)
4. Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 two more times using the same keyless remote used in step 2
5. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II)
6. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button the same remote. Make sure the power door locks cycle to confirm you are in programming mode.
7. Press the LOCK or UNLOCK button on each remote you want to program. Make sure door locks cycle after you push each remote button to confirm system has accepted the remote.
8. Turn the igniton switch to LOCK (0) to exit programming mode.
9. Test remote(s)

I know that you can only have three keys programmed to your car at a time.

Those instructions should work. If they don't after multiple times of trying, it's got to be the fob. Only other option would be to go to the dealership and pay out the clams to have them tell you that the fob doesn't work.

As an FYI, there's a good video on youtube that's a bit easier to refer to than typed out directions.

according to this instruction, at the 7th point, only the hatch lock works for me, as well as the parking lights blink, while after completion, the remote control refuses to work. The feeling that Multiplex does not remember my transmitter, while with the key the central lock works as it should. This transmitter worked for me before, I changed the battery in it and checked the fuses but everything is in good condition, tell me where to dig? RSX type S

yes, I changed the signal reception unit and everything worked, an open question - is it possible to change this unit from integra or EP3 to RSX ?
