Default OBD-II or OBD-III on the 06 Civic?

Any body know where and scan interface for the 06 Civic is?

...and what type of protocol needs to be used?

I've got a GeniSys OTC diagnostic computer that CURRENTLY supports OBD-II/III and the CAN communications protocols.

As far as I know, some aspects of OBD-III are currently employed in US made vehciles. In fact, I thought that some of them were OBD-III.

http://www.genisysotc.com/

On the Honda, I guess the 06 Civic is OBD-IIc or something then?

Does anyone work at a dealer, or know someone that can check?

If it's OBD-IIx, then the tool I have will scan and report the car's operational status and all of the sensor information.

If I knew where to the diagnostic plug was?

Thanks guys.

Gerhard
