ep3 + k24a2 + k pro dual...work?

ep3 + k24a2 + k pro dual...work?
After looking on the hondata site it says in order to use this you need to send the stock ecu from your tsx as well as the ecu out of the ep. The question i have is can i run this in my ep3 once i swap it, or will i have immobi issues. I can't find any other information on this so if anyone else has any help would be great
