Default Clutch weirdness...

So the clutch was installed about 400 miles ago... Until yesterday all was good. Pedal was nice and hard and grabbing at the bottom. Today its all mush and grabbing a lot higher. Will bleed the system again, but i doubt that's it. It just makes no sense the way it just went to blah... ( Stage 1 organic Exedy clutch, pressure plate and HF02 Flywheel all brand new) Was thinking about replacing the master cylinder as it is still the original one ( 240K ), but this now makes no sense .... that it felt good for a while and than BLAH...

Everything was torqued down and clutch pedal adjusted per manual.Any input will be appreciated.

my bet is on the master cylinder. You should definitely replace it first. I had almost the same thing happen with my car and it solved it.

Weirdly after bleeding the clutch feels better, but its on a come and go based service aka its fine after I drive the car and than its not... LOL maybe I am just becoming OCD, but I will most likely replace it. Debating if i want to go for the Exedy one or the EM2 OEM one... decisions, decisions ....
