It was a pretty well known member, black ITR, had OE springs on Bilstein shocks. It was at least 2 page thread too, had a bunch of pics of stripping the GM off then the white basecoat and seeing the nice shiny finish. Then he had them professionally clearcoated. The finish looks like the clearcoat over the machined face on a lot of the Honda wheels and looks really unique on the ITR wheels.

.....well the deed is done.
The wheels are painted a Jaguar factory car color: "Gladiator Gold" - which is a nice dark bronze.
I'll get some pics up shortly.

bronze would be a good stunna color, but you can't go wrong with gunmetal. Come to think of it, either would look great on a Black ITR.
