Type R Insurance in Cali
All of you Cali guys, how much are you guys paying for insurance on your Type R's? Also state your age and if its full coverage or not.

thats understandable for an 18 year old, When i had my GSR, i was paying almost 360/month for full coverage, and I was 17, I turn 18 today, but insurance doesn't go down until you turn 19, then it just about cuts in half.

my buddy who is 22 pays $900 a month for full coverage for his 01 type-r
its a good thing his parents are loaded and will pay that ****

Damn, you guys pay $$$.
Do you all have a beater or not? I can't imagine a "pleasure/weekend" vehicle insurance to cost that much.

That's over $10,000 a year. Loaded or not you're an IDIOT if you pay that.
Luckily i am under my parents policy (I am not the primary driver..although no one else drives it but me) and we pay $900 a year for full coverage.
