Big sorry for loss. You are the 2ND one within the year. There is a car thieve ring in hollywood around the 441 area. Best of luck, would be interested in your stock exhaust, and or intake if you have

If they don't recover the car or settle with me then I have some nice OEM parts for sale...
After I settle with Insurance I will let you guys know what I have...

I'm getting sick of seeing Type R's get stolen!!! To think I will likely never get to own one because I can't keep it safe. I say we start a secret colt that gathers together a list of known theives and then just starts to take them out!!!

It's pretty bad in p-town. I know of two 97's jacked from there in the past year. Not to mention countless others. It's bad everywhere though.

Just about the only thing salvageable is the core support for a damn JDM to USDM conversion.

I used to work at the local honda wrecker...I stopped counting after 12 known stolen or wrecked ITR's, that's only the ones that I knew about. It's so sad, even today I know that 99% of local ITR's are salvage title and put together...mostly by the same people who stole them in the first place :-( 99-00 Civic Si's are closer to 99.999998% put together.
I still see cars everyday with Blue Si grilles, or red si lips. You know they got "GOOD DEALS" on them, people don't get it. This is what is killer our true passions!!!

And besides, it's hard to look good anymore if you have a clean stock car and a janky *** one pulls up next to you that looks the same, but it's put together with stolen ****. Something about those cars doesn't look clean.

I know what you mean. I pass a black civic every day that has a EBP front end on it and some gay looking blue flames in an attempt to fade the front end to match the rest of the car. Could they be any more obvious? If Oregon didn't just slap the wrist of a first timer, there wouldn't be as many taken, thats for sure.
