So now that the pleasantries are out the way, work must continue...

Got the side markers cleaned then installed

Then the splash guards

In all the excitement, I forgot to install the hub centric rings

Something for the twisty roads

All done for today

The cutoff for the hid headlights... Pretty even...

More, next weekend...

Just checked out the whole build great insperation to me you just kept going through it all and it turned out looking like a million bucks. I like everything about it I know of a jdm type that is in a junkyard in my area but has been completly stripped and sold. Makes me wonder what it could be like with a little elbow grease and a lot of money?! Very nice though keep it up!

Where did you get all your Honda parts from? The brand new ones? Did you order them straight from Honda (is that possible?) or did you order them somewhere else? Sorry I don't have many resources lol

Wats up... I live in NYC too... queens actually.

I read this whole thread and I have to say I love what you've done to the car... how you brought it back to life. but please keep it safe...

I had a 4dr civic with sir bumpers, headlights and everything and they took her from me... luckyly i found her near JFK airport only missing the hood, fenders, front bumper and rims. everything else was intact. I found her fast cuz I drive a yellow cab...so I be around everywhere.

you're an inspiration......when u get a chance plz pm me the shop that painted your car so I can take my car when i'm ready to bring her back to life. I have trouble finding reputable shops here in the city that are not trying to charge me like 5 G's. lol

So... I love the car....good work .... keep us updated

GTFO then, if you don't have anything constructive or decent to say.

that goes for anybody else who's even thinking of doing the same. Move along.

Yes... new stickers are on the way.

The total of what? If you mean total cost for the rebuild... I have no idea. When you're doing something for fun, cost is not an issue. I'll tell that its less than 10k for sure! Idk, maybe 7k ish?

Thanks man. I really appreciate it coming from a man who has had so many r's... and arguably the sickest and cleanest 97R on this site!
