i had a set like that that came with my itr. i hated it because the visability was horrible and it look ugly IMO (no offense). i traded it right away for some stock one's.

That is my old R. The housings were painted gunmetal to not only match the smoked sidemarkers but to cut down glare from the TSX HID retrofit. I only recommend painting the headlight housings if you have a retrofit, otherwise you will dim your lights. Those are painted housings (inside) not outside like that other guy posted.
