Just what we need, swarms of 16 year olds in moms 95 accord with ISRA stickers trying to race everyone around. I, personally, think street racing is OK at the right time and the right place (short runs from a stoplight or on the highway when theres no traffic, or at old airports) but you get these idiots who think they're mega-fast racer guy and go speeding through traffic during rush hour. Fools!
