low fuel light question.
When the ignition is in the #2 position I notice a bunch of different warning lights turn on and cycle off, abs,SRS, check engine, maint req. Etc. But I notice my low fuel light does not come on, I also never run my fuel tank low enough for the light to turn on,
So is the low fuel light supposed to turn on and cycle off like the other warning lights? I tried switching bulbs with another bulb that I know works but the fuel light still did not turn on when the ignition was turned to position 2, but I just want to make 100% sure with someone that knows the way the low fuel light operates.
Thanks!

Re: low fuel light question.
for sure it doesn't turn on then off like the other srs/check engine/oil pressure/abs/battery light do when you turn the key to the #2 position.
It only lights up when you are about 1-2 gallons from an empty tank (if indeed your fuel level sensor is in good working condition, which i would assume so because you have a later model year integra type r 97/98/00/01)
The fuel level sensor has problems on the earlier years as far as I know..
However, my '94 Integra 4 door gs-r fuel warning light works perfectly fine.. so does my Fiancee's '95 Integra 4 door gs-r (both original california cars).. so maybe it depends on location.. im not sure..
sorry for the rant.. you're good to go tho.
