You have a mix of wheels in there, cast and cold forged, with a big difference in price range.
What will you be doing w/the wheels?

Re: Lightweight wheels (The Droogan Leader)
why only 15x7? for 205/50/15,225/50/15,215/50/50?
well, there are still some other choices
team dynamic pro race1, pro race1.2 , pro race2
buddyclub P1 QF
Work mesiter S2R
Work mesiter S1
Racing Hart CP035
ATS Comp Lite
but for the money, team dynamice race pro series and ATS Comp Lite (are ATS Comp Lite still available in north america??) seems to be pretty good
otherwise, you can't go wrong with forged wheel

GK, It's research for a customer who building a ITA car on what options there are in 15x7, 5x114. It will be his choice between cost vs weight, cast vs forged, offsets, etc...
RZZ, thanks for some more options. Do you know any of the weights?

According to Rota's website, the Slipstreams are available in 15"x7" with a 5x114.3 pattern.

JLB Motorsports, a rather large Rota dealer (http://www.jlbmotorsports.com/rims/rota-list.html) lists 15x7 in five bolt with an offset of +40. The owner posts here occasionally with the screen name DRFlickner if you want to contact him directly. They seem pretty cheap!

I know many racers who do just fine on Slipstreams, figuring that even if they do bend or break one, the replacement cost makes it worth the risk.
And...I have to say...I have seen people break some very expensive wheels. I've seen many bent Type C's on race cars, and a bent SSR Competition on a track car. And even this old man has broken a Spoon wheel.
Tire Rack still has some of the OG style Kosei K1 in silver and white, 15x7 +38. The caveat there is that they are discontinued and you might not be able to get another one quickly if you break one.
I have two sets of wheels for 225-45-15 RA1:
SSR Type C 15x7 +38
Volks TE 37 15x7 +43
I would trust either of those wheels in a racing environment (they're currently used in advanced and instructor groups at NASA), but they can set you back a fair chunk of change when you're building a race car.

Re: Lightweight wheels (kay_animation)
Racing Hart CP-035's probably one of the lightest 15's you can get!

Re: Lightweight wheels (spock_rocker)
I think we need a budget here because there are A LOT of lightweight 15x7 wheels. The price range in this thread alone is from $400 for four wheels to $2000 for four wheels. What is the budget.
Kosei T1-s is a good wheel
Wedsport makes expensive, but nice wheels.
Volk CE28N are nice wheels (even though I have the knockoffs )
CP035's are nice and light.
Then you've got Rota wheels which are easily replacable and you won't cry when you break one, bend one, or whatever might happen to one.

Yeah, maybe. I wouldn't even know about Type C's if I hadn't been able to get them as takeoffs off of a race car. I liked them so much that I went shopping for a second set and was horrified at how much they cost.
You see, I only paid $400 for mine.

i have 15x6.5 desmond regamaster evos. they are 8.8 pounds i think. Forged also. They are good wheels if you are willing to get 15x6.5's instead of 15x7's
