I remember this R when it was for sale. I offered him $200 less than what you payed for it like 3 month before you brought it. Dude laughed at my offer and give me the "I'm a carsale men and blah, blah, blah" talk. Previous owner was a dicked.

The body didn't look bad at all when you picked it up. I guess the pics are deceiving.
Yes, it wasnt too too bad but i didnt post the bad on it the roof was fading, spoiler and hood, the quarter was resprayed and didnt match car. Oh and the driver door was crinkled up like a beer can.
Did you spray the rear bumper with the license plate on it?

Congrats on the purchase and motor install. In case you havent fixed it already your top engine ground strap is in the wrong spot. On the VC move it over one hole to the left and put it under that grommet.
Also, Spoon doesnt make an airbox for DC2. They make a drop in filter that actually loses power on our engines. Would recommend using something else.

Congratulations on the car and nice job with all the prep and paint work. Cool too that you can still get the emblems and decals from Acura. The silver car is also stunning and glad to hear it went to a good home.

Man that's quite the intro for a new R owner, congrats, car is coming along good. There are a few pretty good intakes you can get, but you're better off running a stock filter then that Spoon one you put in. My favorite is of course the Mugen, AEM has a short ram along with a CAI that wouldn't be bad, just depend on where you live and the weather really. Mugen FTW though, I've had them all, even a J's.

Did you buy new weather stripping for the windshield? For the windows? I've looked into replacing all mine just for the hell of it, but I emember it being extremly expensive, how much did you end up spening on them each?
