lemon scented soft scrub....
use on a wet rag and do not use much pressure...
clean and then wax.

Bugs come off easy with Armor All - All Purpose Cleaner. This stuff will get anything off.

Re: how to remove nasty bugs stain & stone chips?? (Anderson)
after collecting about 200+ insect parts on my front bumper (taffeta white) during a recent drive to socal and letting it all bake on for another week thereafter i did the following:
1. hose down the car with water
2. i use Meguiar's Gold car wash liquid and applied a good layer of it to all the spots that i knew would be a pain and let it sit for a good 10 min
3. with a moist/saturated sponge, scrub those persistent spots until they go away
4. wash off and rewash again with the rest of the car and hopefully all will be good again.
don't forget to wax afterwards.
for rock chips, touch up paint. for the really microscopic ones that show up on white paint if u look really closely, just let it be.

Bug and tar remover works wonders. Circular motion until all is gone. Then rubbing compound, then 3M handglaze or wax either way should look great with little time spent.

mother's clay bar may be bought at local kragen or you can check out http://www.zaino.com for their clay bar. either will do. you should be able to remove the bug stains by spraying it for some time to soften it up.

not sure about the stone chips
but I DO KNOW how to get bug stains out.
1. start with a good soap; you wont get the stain off with this, its just helps to have the bug guts with some water on them
2. a cleaning wax, not a polishing/shine wax. I use either meguires #6 cleaner/wax or go with zaino bros. if its a really bad stain then do 2 stages, apply wax on and let it sit, then take off with terry cloth towel, repeat steps
make sure you are using either a soft applicator pad, or 100% terry cloth towel
i would not recomend a clay bar. they are designed for taking off a thin film of grit on your car, and taking off the wax that was their before. so when you put new wax on, it will have a proper surface to stick to

I take my car to the do it yourself car wash and use the pressure washer to clean the bumper off anfter I wash it. No problems at all. Just dont aim the nozzle really close.
Or I use HONDA SPRAY POLISH AND CLEANER. Does wonders and leaves a silky smooth babys *** finish to the bumper.
