want to remove my headlights This is for my weight reduction plan...How do you guys block off the holes what do you use to make it look so nice and clean???Please help What kinda materials are needed and how to pics would be excellent

you can always have a machine shop cut/prep a piece of metal the size of the hole.. then jb weld on 2 tabs that should have a hole in place to tap into the bump assembly itself..much like the stuff realtime uses

though...im not sure what they use is metal...

what i did before..
new car dealer plate insert, use the back part (white) cut it to match the shape of the hole from the headlights (make it a little bigger than the hole) then duck tape it to the back of the bumper. use lots of duck tape. from the outside all you will see are white plates.
clean, easy, light and cheap.

that would work up to a certain speed

going 110+ mph on a track im sure duct tape wont hold its own for long (quack quack)

Isn't there some company that makes a headlight cover for the DC?

That would probobly give the best fitment.

i had mine above 110mph, i think it was around 115-118mph,(5th gear) you would be amaze how much duck tape would hold. but make sure the surface are clean and dry before you use the tape.

Take out your lights and weigh them, hardly worth taking out in my opinion. more hassle than its worth

really dont need the lights so its worth it to me. so i could just use anything practically right?
dont really want to use duct tape to secure and other ideas

duct tape was known as "100 mile an hour" tape back in the day when they used to patch up fighter planes with it. duct tape has also been used by many in nascar and they travel at ~185mph so i think you are in good hands.

Wire mesh so you still get good airflow and maybe screw in the mesh in the back of the bumper ?
