Hmm looks like its time to tune...
Mods:
AEM CAI
Comptech Header (Not the race one)
Comptech Alum Flywheel (7lbs)
Timing set to 18 Degrees
Power Steering Belt Removed
With all the above Mods minus the Flywheel and the Header I posted 170.2 HP on the Dyno sorry dont have the sheet with me left it a work so I cant remeber the ft lbs.
So here is the deal, I get the Header, install it (700 Dollars Canadian later) go back to the Dyno and I only put 170.4 HP to the wheels and to top it off I lose about 5-7 ft lbs of torque. At peak I hardly got a gain but at top end the graph looks a "little" better when I map it against my run before the header.
I really thought the header would have shown a little bit more increase on the Dyno than .2 HP and a loss of 10 ft lbs.
Since then I have installed the flywheel which by the way is incredible!!! The R revs up incredibley fast.
In regards to the header i know it feels much quicker at top end however I think my bottle neck is now the stock cat and muffler.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

I dunno...
I did that, a header and test pipe in the same week and the car feels so much smoother. Once everything is fixed (accident) I hope to make it to get it tuned with some other items.

Even if it only gained 1 or 2 Hp its worth it imho, beside Its not going to hurt anything.

So you didn't tune it and you are disappointed with the results? Well no kidding! That is why tuning is so important...it's day and night. The days of slapping on a mod and walking away without tuning ended with your intake.
