Insane story. Sounds like he made up a quick story because he ran into you at Expo10. I am surprised that he even had the *****/stupidity to show up. I hope it all works out for you. It was very cool of you to help him out like that.

As someone already said, go buy a lottery ticket. You guys deserve to win at least $2000. Just goes to show that any one will screw you over in a second, and no good deed goes unpunished. Chris sounds like a real piece of ****.

I must say this is very unlike the Chris that i've met several times now. I was unaware of this Scott, and am very suprised to learn of this actually. I've not been in contact with Chris since E9 at the event. I wish there was something i could do to help, but i struggle to think of what that might be. Scott, you have very respectfully brought this to the community's attention, and i'm certain you will get a response very soon.....at least i hope. For those of you who don't know Chris, please keep your comments to yourself. While i don't support his absence in settling up with Scott, he has been a huge supporter of EXPO and has been the only West Coast repeat attendee for multiple years in a row. I sincerely hope this get's cleared up. Scott, best of luck to you with the situation.

Wow. What a f*cking douche bag. These guys went out of the way to help you out, and this is how you repay the generosity? They could have let you tow your car home and spend $500-$1000.
Seriously, I doubt your friends would even lend you a brand new head.
I don't even know anyone involved but you seem like an a*hole. 2 years and you can't a few hours to take apart the head and send it back.

Wow, what an awful thing to do.
My guess is he either sold the car or in the process of selling. With all the theft that goes on w/ these cars an act like this is despicable.

Don't let him give you the "I'm short on cash" excuse.
Tell him to sell his spoon calipers, JDM recaros, or JDM HID's to fund this 2 year interest free loan.
