Just an idea, but since you're DD'ing more than anything why don't you put on softer springs?

I hear ya. Just I track the car 4-5 times a year. And don't want to get an alignment every time. I like the stiffness on track though. Would like to find something I like on track and street. I regret selling my spoons now after hearing Joe and Jon talk about them.

Initial takeaways, so far I have just drove this on the street. With everything turned down most of the time and it's ridiculous, I wouldn't think anything with 650/750 springs could feel so comfortable but not floaty and unresponsive. Even cornering on bumpy of wavy roads the car still stayed glued to the intended path without disruption.

It will be another month before I'm on track with these to have a better valuation. But at this juncture I am extremely impressed.
What ride height do you have them at?

I have lighter rates on my R2's, I think 450/400, and they are fantastic on the streets.

Yeah, part of me would have liked to keep those on till I felt how well it handled the 650/750's, pleasantly surprised.

Starting at 23.5 measured from the center on all 4 then seeing how it feels. Definitely didn't slam it or anything like that.

Steve I'm borrowing your caR at Expo. Thanks in advance. Sadly I'l probably get these for an EP3 before I get them for the hype R at my current rate.

You may want to check and see if they make them for the EP3, I know the applications that they have developed them for are still a bit limited.

You're more than welcome to borrow my car, I really hope that it makes it through the weekend with two drivers.

has anyone compared these to KW V3's? I'm sure they're different in numerous ways, but I want to know pros and cons. Thanks in advance.

My car handled my sessions plus those of Nolan and Phil at ITR Expo 10. My car is a huge POS so surely your car will be fine.

How much if I am a HONDA CLUB member? I have a cool ricey yellow ITR you can do test fitting on.

Edit: I guess I should actually add something to the thread.

From my experience with Eibach - I would be more than happy to support them. They were always willing to go out of their way to help out a car I crewed for.

The infamous Expo 4 vehicle of choice was Double A's 97 #57. Ryan/canuckr, Chris N, and myself all drove it. We usually swapped drivers in pit lane and continued on. It was rock solid, didn't really burn any oil, brakes were good, etc. Best ITR ever.

You'll want to find somebody that makes more than 160whp, which is pretty much everybody else there.

Are these things available yet?

Any chance of ordering direct from Eibach for the price shown @tirerack?

I asked them to check availability about a week ago. Have not heard anything. =X
