CF Gurney Flap
Just curious, is there still a market for these? I don't usually frequent HT anymore but I have been the past few weeks and i've checked my inbox. I have a number of PM's with people asking about the CF gurney flaps.

Re: CF Gurney Flap
Honestly I wouldn't even bother doing another run unless I have strong interest and can move at least 15-20 flaps.
The mold has seen better days, all of the cycles in the autoclave wears it out, and it needs to be reconditioned if I am to do another run. Not worth the effort if there isn't enough demand.

Re: CF Gurney Flap
The last two diffusers were actually bought by Apex Motorsport. If you are interested in a diffuser you can contact them if they are still available:

Edit- Come to think of it they also picked up the last gurney flap I had on hand.

I just refitted mine. I say no because I love exclusive things, but by all means. There's definitely a market. I've had tons of people asking where to buy one. Here's my setup with a rear diffuser (Top1 Motorsports).

Not trying to deter you, just want you to be an informed buyer. I have seen the ebay ones in person and tested them through some 100 degree heat cycles. You definitely get what you pay for. They don't fit and they will warp and yellow at 100 degrees. If you are fine with that then by all means buy one.

For what it's worth, my friend has one of your flaps and I love it. Edit: her gel coat is gone up top and it does look nice that way too.
So until then, it's almost a monopoly.

Re: CF Gurney Flap
Yeah I think apex doesn't carry the diffuser and a quick search shows only old posts from top1 as a vendor on the web. Either that or I suck at the interwebs.
I'd buy both if you made them again and kicking myself for not joining the last group buy. Plus aren't you local?
