Other than that the car is bone stock like it came from the factory. I am the third owner. Both owners before me were over 50. All maintenance records are available and will be included with the purchase. The car comes with two Special Type R keys limited to 97-98 ITR's with two alarm remotes, and four spare keys.
The first owner was from San Jose, CA and passed away. He had no family so the car was bought from a salesman at Monterey Porsche in CA who was the second owner. He only put about 2,XXX miles on the car before he decided to sell it to me. Since then I have put about 4,XXX miles on it.

History: Bought from orginal owner about 2.5 months ago. Very clean car, every oil change since day one is documented, orginal window sticker included.
Bads: Car has 72,7xx miles on it currently, doesnt show its age at all. has 2 noticeable spots of touch up paint, which may be fixed if the car isnt sold in about 1-2 weeks. Front lip has 3-4 scuffs, may replace with new oem soon. Has been ABSOLUTELY stock its whole life minus a full Alpine soundsystem.
Since in my possession I have had Desmon(wrx killer sti eater) install a gps Clifford alarm.
Mods: jdm shiftboot, vision shiftknob, mugen rear view mirror cover and optional roof console. New sidestickers
Asking 16.5k FIRM located in Phoenix, AZ. I have more pics lmk if you want them.

Trying to be as informative as possible since original motor is not in car
A friend of mine i had grown up with bought the car in early 2005 with the original Type-R motor in it, but no Type-R transmission. He lived in Mobile, AL and bought the car from Atlanta, GA. His original Type R motor smoked like crazy and ended up spinning a rod bearing. He replaced the motor with a GSR to have something to drive real quick. He then decided to get N2O happy and blew that motor up. Replaced with another GSR motor, and this is how i recieved the car in Sept 2006 with ~83k miles.
Car was amazing, Great power and no problems till March. In March of 2007 the head burnt a valve. The motor was pulled and i had plans to go Kpower but flaked on it. Replaced with ANOTHER GSR.
The car sat from March till June. This motor was garbage, i got ripped off and the motor spun a bearing about a month after i bought it. The car sat again from late July till About September when i put the Burnt valve bottom end with the spun rod bearing head in and it lasted about 2 months. Finally. I stepped up, Bought a built motor. Motor came out of a running car It made 322whp on 10lbs. i went through replaced rear main and oil pan gasket and put it in my car. The motor has held upgreat! I havent pushed it or raced it due to my current transmission being total garbage (new GSR trans included).

2001 USDM ITR swap. The motor has a total of 8,500 miles. It was fully-rebuilt 6,000 miles ago to road-race spec. Dynamic Autosports is credited for fully balancing and blue printing the entire rotating assembly. The motor Dyno'd 214whp and 142ft/lbs of torque on the Dynojet at Dynamic Autosport
