I probably forgot some stuff and will update if I did. I am in absolutely no rush to sell this car, I am perfectly fine with it remaining parked . There are only two issues with the car, the passenger axle sometimes "pops" but I have a replacement axle to give to the new buyer. The second is it leaks a bit of oil in the corner where the block meets the head. Most likely it is either the cam cap, distributor o-ring, or v-tec solenoid gasket. It isn't too much hence why I haven't replaced it.

So, I posted my ITR up a month or two before and then I chickened out and decided to keep it, but I have come around and Im really going to let heR go now. It was located in North Carolina but I just moved to Utah and I drove this caR the entire way with no problems. I have other things going on in my life and I need some financial relief.

The car it self is in close to mint condition. The low points are the dent in the driver's quarter panel and the front lip has some abrations on the unerside but nothing major. I installed a brand new set of discontinued floor mats. There are absolutly no stains or tears on the interior. It has only been driven in the summer months on very nice days. Other than that its been stored under the custom car cover that will come with the car. I installed two new tires just before my move and I have changed all the fluids on a regular basis at a Honda dealership because Im a Honda mechanic. The only mods are a set of neuspeed springs and I unplugged the radio antenna in the down position (I dont like the antenna in the up position). The stock springs will come with the car.

Story:

This is a well maintained 1997 Integra Type-R with a number of modifications, but also included are a majority of the OE parts required to return the car to near-stock.

#0110 was purchased from the original owner in 2003 100% stock minus the JDM 16” wheels and modified Koni shocks. #0110 was my daily driver until 2005 at which point she went under the knife for a 2.0L track-car build. #0110 attended ITR Expo-5 in Omaha Nebraska in 2005, and has been a garage queen and occasional weekend car since. Since I took ownership in 2003, #0110 has attended about a dozen HPDE’s, and just about as many passes at the drag strip. I am selling #0110 because I’m just not getting the enjoyment out of her that I used to. I have a new toy to occupy my time (and money).

The engine build started in 2005. The 2.0L block now has about 25,000 miles, but despite its age the engine is still strong. I touched up the tune in early June 2012 and made 233whp and 159wtq on a DynoJet, which are the highest numbers yet. Before the dyno compression was 230/250/250/240, so the engine is healthy but starting to show its age. The oil is changed every few months (~500 miles) with Mobil1 5w30 Synthetic with OEM filter (15400-PLM-A01 Filtech). Valve adjustments are performed every-other oil change.

The car still has the factory equipped Air Conditioning (charged) but needs a belt to operate.

#0110 was re-sprayed inside/outside in 2002 with DuPont Championship White paint by previous owner after a front-end collision. All work was completed at a well-known body shop with all components removed before paint, including glass. Replacement parts were all OEM from a donor car, including bumper, hood and fenders. Included with the vehicle purchase are pictures of the donor car and full receipts of the work performed. Other than the missing VIN tags on the bumper/fenders/hood, you would never know this car was in an accident.

Exterior Condition: Make no mistake, this car has been tracked. I’ve hit a few cones with the front bumper, and consequently there have been a slowly increasing number of scuffs and faint paint cracks forming on the front bumper. This damage is not noticeable from +10ft. There are a couple minor dings/chips, I know where they are and you probably won’t see them unless you look hard. Other than that, there are no dents or damage to the car.

Interior Condition: Carpets are a little worn, but still in good condition for the age of the car. Seats are in great shape, passenger seat has a small 2” tear (pictured below), other than that no scuffs/stains/rips. #0110 has the original badge/armrest. Non-smoker no Pets.

This car could be returned to mostly stock very easily. The cylinder head currently on the car has enlarged bores to match the 85mm block, therefore it cannot be installed on the rebuilt OEM 81mm shortblock. If the new owner wishes to install the OEM 81mm shortblock, a PR3 VTEC cylinder head will be needed.

Hey Honda-tech My names Mark and im listing my ITR forsale finally because im about to start my career as an Air traffic Controller. I bought the car from Chris D. in Pennsylvania ( #62 password jdm ek from the honda challenge). This was around 4 years ago and it hurts me to get rid of it. Its always ran beautiful and i've never had any major problems with the car. Chris had a BRAND NEW ITR MOTOR bought from Lee Acura put in the car. I've always regularly changed the oil every 3000 miles. No accidents. No theft. New OEM clutch and flywheel were just installed by jerrys transmissions in Danbury ct. New axles, new brakes, brand new tires, new suspension bushings, new shifter bushings, plus much more OEM parts over the years. Not because of problems, just to prevent any in the future and keep it driving like new. My goals with the car were to never modify any internals or take away from the beautiful authentic type-r. Just awaken the potential with minor mods. I have the paperwork for everything done to the car.

-I also have a Championship White JDM integra type-r front end conversion that comes with the car that I never had the chance to swap, comes with every part to install just needs to be put on. Pics will be taken soon. Bought from (JDM engine Depot, NJ).

That's right, it's up for sale. I've decided to take a different route. This car has been awesome in my ownership. I've put a lot of love, time and funds into the car since my ownership 2 or so years ago. I've unfortunately only put only 3k or so miles on the car, 600 of which were just driving it home.

Some may or may not know of this car. It's the 97 with the sunroof. I've done a lot of work with it in my hands. I received the car from the previous owner with the ABS light on, AC not working, steering rack fuxored, bad wheel bearing and hub and various other issues. All of those have since been addressed.

The car will come with sets of wheels, OEM's and Milennia rims. OEM rims have all seasons and the Millenia's will have RA1's mounted. I've also got a TON of other parts to include with the car. Mugen pedals that are not installed, JDM 23mm sway bar that is installed, I replaced the suspension with low mileage OEM units when I bought the car and also bought brand new OEM rear LCA's at the same time. The car has Cobalt GTS (old, none dust issue) pads up front, and some other pads in the rear. I've got the JDM 4-1 header installed with proper cat as well. Not pictured are BOTH upper and lower heatsheilds included with the header. Car will also come with a Comptech intake. I also replaced the valve cover with a mint USDM unit when I bought her. Clutch was replaced in the last 500 miles as well. I've also done the brake master, clutch master and slave. Right front wheel bearing and hub done 1k ago. Car has an aftermarket stereo with CD, and MP3 inputs along with aux. I've also put in an OEM front strut tower bar and rear trunk brace since ownership. It came with a 98 rear bumper and I've procured a 97 bumper that is currently in VA and will need to be painted. I've also replaced the mounts all the way around. Car has OEM floor mats. Car does have a CTR trans, but it has the sought after bearings (caged? Can't remember but some later ITR's had them, some didn't) in it and the stock ITR gearing. Dizzy, plugs and wires changed as well. I've also installed front and rear emblems.

I have a ton of other spares, plugs not installed, Viper 5900 alarm, ATE superblue, new front and rear rotors, Cobalt Spec VR front pads, I'm debating, but the car can come with an OEM shortblock with 10k miles on it with receipt and documentation along with a killer head with upgraded valvetrain. Supertech valves, valve springs and new OEM retainers. Put and HG in there and go with an awesome setup. Have already the OEM headliner in preparation for replacing the roof skin. PS removed almost completely. Pump removed and most lines gone. Rack has been looped.

I'm sure there is a TON of info I'm missing and will add as I think of it or questions are asked.

Car has 175k miles on it, and rebuilt FL title on it.

Time to put the R on the market. I bought the R on impulse and now putting it back on the market. I bought it in April of this year, plans have changed and putting the scene on hold.

This caR was bought as a theft recovery but I have a clean title for it. Used to be owned by Gil of Circuit Hero who actually purchased it off a dealership as theft recovery. I am the 4th owner since his ownership. The mods list is the same exact as the last owner because I did not change/upgrade/downgrade any part, nut, or bolt on the car since I bough it. I simply bought it and drove it the way it is.

Only cons about this vehicle is that it is a theft recovery as mentioned above but it does hold a clean title. Also has no heat or a/c as the heater core and blower motors were removed. Also has 3rd gear grind unfortunately. Couple scratches on the front end due to it being my daily. Nothing terrible, all very light. Also burns a little oil and possibly runs lean. I think a re-tune would fix that but it never really bothered me because I baby it and don't get on it every time I drive it.

I think it needs 2-3k to be a factory fresh ITR. front bumepr repaired/painted, a good high speed polish, new rear rotors, possible all new pads. It has carbotech race pads on it that i had sitting around, and they SQUEEEEEEEELLLL and dust like no tommorow, refinsh the rims and new tires, and more cleaning. to tell you the truth i would just do the brakes, new tires, and keep her as is, the paint shins, and the front bumper shows her battle scars

This beautiful Acura Integra Type R has one previous owner who purchased it from Acura in 2000. This car has a clean title and has never been in any accidents. All body panels are original and still shine like new. This Type R has 84,000 original KMS (52,000 Miles). This Integra has never been winter driven and the paint still shines like it is a brand new car. This is the cleanest Type R I have ever seen. No dents, no scratches or any blemishes. Interior is 9/10, Motor 9/10 and exterior 9/10. This Type R is in immaculate showroom condition. Tires and brakes are in amazing condition. This is a rare phoenix yellow type r with A/C and Power Steering. The White ITR wheels are in 10/10 condition, with no stains or curbage.

All options work excellent including very cold A/C original radio, Skunk2 shift **** original floor mats. Dashboard does have some light damage where GPS was mounted by previous owner and gauges. Body is in excellent shape has ZERO rust original paint all VIN #’s front bumper does have rock chips from highway and driver side rear quarters has scratches from something rubbing on it. No other damage.

Attention that the car needs:

Has small clicking noise and it does it only some times ! When going over a pot hole, or driving off its weird I have no idea where it comes from. Doesn’t effect anything.

When exceeding 70 MPH you can hear one of the wheel bearing starting to hum and would need attention some time in the near future.
