1998 ITR #1053
Clean Title
Matching VINS
Original paint

I have owned this car since 2007. It has been extremely well taken care of and always garage kept.
The car currently has 134K on the odometer. I have had this stored for the past two years and driven less than 100 miles in that time.
The car was first purchased in Illinois. Then brought to southern California in 2000 where it has been ever since.

I have the business cards from the original purchase as well as the Acura Total Luxury Care package info that has been passed to all owners.

The interior is clean. OE floor mats will be shampooed prior to sale.

The exterior is very clean. There are a few small dings. The worst of which is on the hood, a car in front of me had a blow out and a chunk of their tire hit the hood. See photos below.
Anything not noted is original factory equipment.

Exterior
5K – HID headlights – White output

Interior
K20Mart Delrin shift ****. (Will include OEM **** if I can find it)

Engine/ Transmission
The engine is stock with VIN plates attached.
Exedy “Stage1” clutch.
ACT flywheel (OEM flywheel will be included)
Brand new battery.

Suspension
Tokico Blue Dampers

Tires
BFGoodrich G-Force sport tires
195/55/15

The bad: all of which are normal for 94-01 Integra’s.
Antenna does not retract when car is turned off.
Trunk actuator is “sticking”
Back seat tops are fading
Small chip in windshield.

VIN# will be provided to serious buyer, as well as a CARFAX print out. SERIOUS INQUIRY’S ONLY!
$14,500

EMAIL WORKS BEST.

The time is right to pick up my first ITR.

CW only 98-01 USDM front, doesn't have to be pretty 'cause I am not (plan to fix it up anyway).
Clear title a must, A/C and Power Steering, Needs to be running. Will take great care of her, so you ITR hoarders that are thinking about freeing up a garage space listen up.
(I will provide references so you know its going to a good home)
I am looking for a car to make great once again. Thanks in advance for any help that you may be willing to give. I am not in a hurry due to the scarcity of these fine automobiles, although I am ready to purchase.

In my searching I found these..

'98 with 65k Miles - Asking 14.9k
http://www.autozin.com/Acura,1,Integ...e-R,47671.html

'00 with 29k Miles - Dealer asking 15.6k
http://www.autozin.com/Acura,1,Integ...e-R,47624.html

'00 with 68k Miles - Asking 9.5k
http://www.autozin.com/Acura,1,Integ...-R,202088.html

Not sure what the deal is with some of these listings. Some may be outdated, some may be sold. IDK. But worth passing on for someone who's in for looking into further detail about the links.

If you do inquire, let us know how it turns out!!

Agreed...for a mint R these days your gonna have to be willing to fork over significant cash. Im looking for one that was "rode hard and put up wet" high miles or some body damage so I can have a project. I also agree a shell is more reasonable to locate...but if I drop the equivalent of 2 Chanel bags on a 15 year R that doesn't run...anyone who is married can tell you how that plays out ^_~

Hey I'm looking for a ITR chassis. Doesn't need to have wheels (especially the R wheels) and tires, but ITR suspension needs to be on it. Preferably with at least the front interior, dash, wire harnesses, and engine bay components (ABS, fuse box, etc). Doesn't need to be pretty. I'm looking to retire my R now and build a dedicated track car. Willing to spend $4,000-$4,500 if I find the right one.

Looking for something I can put the motor in that I want, do the body work I want, wheels and tires I want, legitimate cage, seats and harness, and hit the track.

Now for the bad, besides the paint/body work. I’ve been working on this car off and on between deployments since 2008. I cannot get the car to start. It will not turn over. I thought I had screwed up the wiring during the tuck and after a bunch of trouble shooting decided to buy a brand new chasis harness ($700). That did not fix the problem. I’ve had the ECU looked at as well. No issues. My next step would be to try another harness (ChaseBays have had issues in the past) and replace the ignition harness. The car had an alarm on it when I bought it. During the tuck I removed the alarm and noticed some soldering on the ignition harness. I’ve dumped more money into it than I would like to admit. I’ve spent the last year and a half in flight school with little to no time to work on the car at all. Since then I have lost the desire to work on it. Now the Army is moving me to Hawaii for a few years! So, I just want to get rid of it all. I’d like to sell it as a whole with the trailer (mentioned below).

I also have a 2001 Texas Rollback trailer for sale! The trailer is perfect for lowered cars as it rolls back and off the axles to make a shallower ramp. Google it for more info. I’m asking $3,000 for the trailer.

For Sale: 2000 Acura Integra Type R 00-1060, phoenix yellow
1. 87,XXX miles
2. Clean title
3. Second owner
4. Minor mods include a DC header, high flow cat, 1.5 drop on H&R/ Koni set up

I bought this car with graduation money and planned to daily drive it for awhile. The time has come for me to either park it, and mod it to the teeth, or sell it. I have chosen to let this car go and find a home with someone younger and with more enthusiasm for Hondas, plus my new daily needs to sleep in the garage.

I am very very very busy so please have cash in hand. We all know what you are trying to buy here....it's a Type R. It is clean. If you have never driven one in real life then maybe you should get a real life. You have to see it in person to appreciate.

These cars have already peaked on the endangered list and when they are all gone.....well, you know. You can pm, email, or text for any information or pics. I will answer all questions and entertain any offers. What you see is what you get....come get what you see.

Price: $15,500 obo

Default Re: Cars For Sale: Integra TYPE-R's - Jan/Feb 2014

*I purchased the car from Marshall in NOV of 2012 and have owned it in CA. Car currently has about 103K miles on it. I've taken it to about 6 trackdays. Marshalls description is still accurate but i'll * where things are modified or different. I'm trying to sell the car as it sits now as a package, if not I'm going to turn it slowly back to stock and sell things off separately

1997 Integra Type-R #0110
Clean WA state title
99,000 Miles
VIN available upon request
$15,000
Contact dnguyen 81 at gmail. com or private message but email is preferred.

The good:
• Clean Title
• Straight body
• No major damage
• Clean Interior (no smoking/pets)
• Well maintained
• Comes with lots of extras, including rebuilt VIN matching B18C5 block

The bad:
• Couple small scuffs/nicks/scratches on exterior
• Front lip has a big crack in it, together now with a brace and ductape
• Front bumper, hood & fenders replaced by previous owner after front-end collision (OEM parts)

Story:

This is a well maintained 1997 Integra Type-R with a number of modifications, but also included are a majority of the OE parts required to return the car to near-stock.

#0110 was purchased from the original owner in 2003 100% stock minus the JDM 16” wheels and modified Koni shocks. #0110 was my daily driver until 2005 at which point she went under the knife for a 2.0L track-car build. #0110 attended ITR Expo-5 in Omaha Nebraska in 2005, and has been a garage queen and occasional weekend car since. Since I took ownership in 2003, #0110 has attended about a dozen HPDE’s, and just about as many passes at the drag strip. I am selling #0110 because I’m just not getting the enjoyment out of her that I used to. I have a new toy to occupy my time (and money).

The engine build started in 2005. The 2.0L block now has about 25,000 miles, but despite its age the engine is still strong. I touched up the tune in early June 2012 and made 233whp and 159wtq on a DynoJet, which are the highest numbers yet. Before the dyno compression was 230/250/250/240, so the engine is healthy but starting to show its age. The oil is changed every few months (~500 miles) with Mobil1 5w30 Synthetic with OEM filter (15400-PLM-A01 Filtech). Valve adjustments are performed every-other oil change.

The car still has the factory equipped Air Conditioning (charged) but needs a belt to operate. * Car actually will need the idler bracket and belt for AC to work.

#0110 was re-sprayed inside/outside in 2002 with DuPont Championship White paint by previous owner after a front-end collision. All work was completed at a well-known body shop with all components removed before paint, including glass. Replacement parts were all OEM from a donor car, including bumper, hood and fenders. Included with the vehicle purchase are pictures of the donor car and full receipts of the work performed. Other than the missing VIN tags on the bumper/fenders/hood, you would never know this car was in an accident.

Exterior Condition: Make no mistake, this car has been tracked. I’ve hit a few cones with the front bumper, and consequently there have been a slowly increasing number of scuffs and faint paint cracks forming on the front bumper. This damage is not noticeable from +10ft. There are a couple minor dings/chips, I know where they are and you probably won’t see them unless you look hard. Other than that, there are no dents or damage to the car.

Interior Condition: Carpets are a little worn, but still in good condition for the age of the car. Seats are in great shape, passenger seat has a small 2” tear (pictured below), other than that no scuffs/stains/rips. #0110 has the original badge/armrest. Non-smoker no Pets. *I've sold the stock seats, currently has recaro JDM Seats in very good condition, 9/10.

Bolt-Ons:
• Custom 3.5” Aluminum Intake w/3.5” > 6” Velocity Stack + K&N Filter
• Omni 70mm TB port matched to the stock ITR intake manifold

• 1997 Acura Integra Type-R Service Manual Supplement

This car could be returned to mostly stock very easily. The cylinder head currently on the car has enlarged bores to match the 85mm block, therefore it cannot be installed on the rebuilt OEM 81mm shortblock. If the new owner wishes to install the OEM 81mm shortblock, a PR3 VTEC cylinder head will be needed.

Notes:

The car is absolutely gorgeous and by far the cleanest ITR I have owned. I just do not have room to keep the car around and my goals for this year require the liquidation of a few toys. I will help answer any questions via PM or text and accommodate any serious buyer the best I can. The purchase of this car will have to be a cash deal because the banks will not finance a salvage title vehicle. Please have your funds ready before expressing interest unless you plan on leaving a deposit. To title the vehicle, a bonded title process has to occur from my understanding. It is not too difficult but does take a little bit of paperwork and time. She's ready to be your track car, weekend car, and daily driver. Please keep this thread clean and bump it if you would like. Thank you

Price $10,500 ( price lowered )

** Better pictures coming soon - I just wanted to post up something quick to give you guys an idea - I will update the thread soon **
