I am addicted to this book! Arrrgh, can't put it DOWN!
"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"
Definitely a look in a mirror for myself! Love this book! Love everyone!

I'm impressed if we as a whole are that polite, which is good. I know I am very polite and well mannered on support calls. It is good to see that the majority is as well. I think that also shows your level of support, so good job.

Thanks.
Our british employees are also very polite.
I think it`s in their nature to have good manners.
It`s mostly the Scandinavians who are assclowns. Some of them don`t even thank us after getting the help they need.

Scary indeed.
What`s the story behind this, Ben?
Thanks.

We've got that many already just in the CITY of Milwaukee. We've had well over 100 by this time of the year in previous years.

Has it always been like that?
I remember growing up here, and it was NEVER like this... only the past 5 years or so... you can't go a single day without a rape, murder, robbery or something violent.
On that note...

I believe violent crime is actually down around 20% from last year.

Some support, and some don't...
From my own research and reading a lot of the hytech replica's are crap. Arrive with flange cracked in 2, don't fit, holes don't line up...
I remember a few threads where people who purchased them recieved a header that was already cracked, or one that had gotten to someone else cracked, sent back and fixed and then sent to someone else.
While it's a great budget piece... if it works for you. The headache associated (again from my reading/gathering) trying one out sucks. My guess would be a 50/50 chance there is going to be a problem out of the box.
