this is going to sound dumb but is that a yes or a no. the only resone i ask is because people have told me the the compression ratio is to high, thanks for he help sorry if this sounds dumb

If you get a bottle warmer it'd be okay. Since you are looking for street cred, you definately should go with a 2 bottle ,2 stage setup like in the movie. Don't blow your wad too soon though, you could loose your whip.
You can run lots of ignition timing because once you burn a hole in a piston or valve compression won't be a problem.

Truth be told...
NAWZ don't break motors.... stupid people using the nawz does. Of course this is given that the motor is in good health and has a good tune. Your question in a nutshell is now answered.

ok ok, you can do it like said above if your motor is healthy... but dont get greedy. only if you hold it for more than 8.2 seconds, otherwise fuel mixture isnt right and only try to launch your car on nos, no highway action.
